Habitat for Humanity

At the CSU Student Veterans of America, community service is foundational to our mission. Through recurring build days with local Habitat for Humanity chapters across Northern Colorado, our members step out of the classroom and onto active construction sites to help build safe, affordable housing for local families.

What to Expect:

• Hands-On Impact: Volunteer tasks range from faming and wall raising to siding, painting, and site preparation

• No Experience Required: Skilled site leads provide on-the-ground training, safety orientations, and tools

• Veteran Camaraderie: Work alongside fellow students veterans, military-connected students, and supporters dedicated to giving back

• Open to All: CSU student veterans, allies, and campus partners are encouraged to participate
